ADJUST the KIH32 to your keyboard size : 56, 58 or 61 keys. You can cut the right extrimity of the board. This board is the one without DB15 connector. For example, for 56 notes, suppress the last 8 entries block. For 61 notes, remove 3 sensors part. Plug together the 2 KIH32 for the bass and treeble parts of the keyboards. ALIMENTATION DES CARTES KIH32 : IMPORTANT : The KI7_MIDI_USB as the KI6x8x8_MIDI_USB are supplyed by the USB input connector from the PC, One can also use a simple 5V supply directly to the board. No extra supply is needed. But KIH32 need about 175mA each. So they need an extra 5V supply. as the PC USB ports can only deliver 500mA max. Depending on each PC or MAC specifications. If the 5V voltage is lower than about 4,4V or less, use an extra 5V supply, such as MEANWELL. The extra 5V supply can be connected as shown right, between the 5V and the mass. MeanWhile 5V 5A (about 10$) are largely sufficient. | ![]() |
